RJT Foundation Supports The Resource Room’s Military Mondays Initiative

A Special Thank-You to the RJT Foundation and Denise Brown

The Resource Room proudly extends a heartfelt thank-you to the RJT Foundation and Denise Brown for their continued generosity and additional donations in support of our Military Mondays initiative.

Their contributions help The Resource Room recognize, serve, and support military-connected individuals and families throughout our community. Through partnerships like this, we can continue creating meaningful opportunities, providing valuable resources, and showing appreciation for those who have served our country.

We are grateful to Denise Brown and the RJT Foundation for their commitment to strengthening families and making a positive difference in the lives of others.

About the RJT Foundation

The RJT Foundation is committed to creating safer, stronger communities by addressing violence, supporting grieving families, mentoring young people, and promoting education and awareness.

The organization works to reduce neighborhood violence by encouraging volunteerism, promoting safety awareness, mentoring at-risk youth, and distributing educational resources focused on violence and bullying prevention.

Its work is grounded in compassion, swift action, advocacy, and a commitment to supporting families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Supporting Families Impacted by Violence

A central part of the RJT Foundation’s mission is providing support and assistance to families of murdered children and children whose parents were lost because of violent criminal acts.

The foundation provides a safe and supportive environment where families can openly share their grief with others who have experienced similar losses. Through ongoing support, education, prevention, advocacy, and awareness, the RJT Foundation helps families navigate the grieving process while ensuring they do not have to face it alone.

The organization also strives to create an environment built on trust, honesty, openness, and respect.

Values Rooted in Compassion and Service

The RJT Foundation believes that meaningful community support requires action. When a family is affected by violence, the organization is dedicated to responding with compassion, urgency, and the resources available to help.

Its work is guided by the core values of putting God first, family second, and career third. The foundation values every life and remains committed to serving people without judgment or discrimination.

These values align with The Resource Room’s commitment to connecting individuals and families with resources, support, education, and opportunities for a stronger future.

Strengthening Our Community Together

The Resource Room is honored to have the support of organizations and community leaders who believe in service, compassion, and collective impact.

Thank you again to Denise Brown and the RJT Foundation for supporting Military Mondays and helping us continue our work with military-connected families and community members.

Together, we are building a stronger, safer, and more empowered community.
