Celebrating Student Entrepreneurs at The Resource Room Pop Up Shop

The Resource Room Pop Up Shop remains a powerful space where creativity, confidence, and community come together.

We are proud to celebrate the incredible students who participated in our recent Pop Up Shop. Each student showed initiative, creativity, and determination as they stepped into the role of entrepreneur. From handmade goods to unique clothing and creative products, their work reflected not only talent but also courage and vision.

Our students continue to make incredible strides through hands-on learning experiences. Across the last two Pop Up Shop events, students have collectively generated over $1,100 in sales. Of those earnings, 85 percent go directly back to students as income, while 15 percent is reinvested to replenish materials for future events.

This initiative serves as a platform where young entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life, market their products, and gain real world experience in financial literacy, branding, customer engagement, and business operations.
Opportunities like this go beyond selling products. They help students build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and see what is possible when their ideas are supported and valued.

We are also grateful to the families, community members, and supporters who came out to shop, connect, and encourage our youth. Your presence makes a lasting impact and helps create a space where students feel seen and supported.
