The Community Helping Individuals Live Longer (CHILL) program is dedicated to fostering trust and redirecting negative behaviors that lead to gun violence. We address the root causes of gun violence by connecting individuals with vital resources and support services.
As a CHILL Ambassador, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating positive change and providing hope to those in need.
CHILL Ambassadors identify and engage individuals in the community who are at risk and could benefit from support services, providing them with information and targeted referrals to essential resources. As a team, we maintain professionalism when interacting with participants, ensuring program standards are upheld.
Additionally, we attend weekly check-ins with the CHILL Program Manager or Case Manager to review referrals and monitor ongoing cases, ensuring individuals receive the support they need.
